Banner space is available on each ETicket for extra Ad Space! Each banner is placed at the bottom portion of the eTickets, and linked to the related website (or Ad you are promoting).

General-Admission events - clients choose from desired general admission sections. Interactive and graphical seating maps! Seating maps are enabled for advanced events that require interactive seat selection.

Ticket Sales Events
-There are two components in our service fee setup:
1) A credit card processing merchant fee of 3.5%, absorbed by the event organizer;
(this includes processing of all credit cards: Visa/MC/Discover/AmEx)

2) A convenience service fee absorbed by the ticket buyer, the value of which is determined based on the custom services needed for your event (the normal convenience fee is $2 per ticket; this may be higher or lower depending on your event needs). Flat service fee options for larger events are also avaialbe. Contact us for details.

-You have a free event without any tickets sales?
Your event setup and processing is totally free!
Use our service to collect reservations and issue tickets for your guests!
Credit card fees are calculated based on the rate of %3.5 per ticket.
Credit Card Fee paid by either Organizer or by Ticket buyer.

*Note about credit card fees: Our system accepts all credit card types, including American Express, Discover, ATM and corporate or special member benefit cards. Some competition sites may be advertizing a slightly lower rate; however these lower rates come with the fine-print of certain credit card exclusions, such as American Express, that are widely used by your patrons.
-There are no fees for free events, or for complimentary or non-credit card tickets issued through our system.
-Online Marketing: If you have a budget for your event's marketing, contact us and we'll go over the various options for marketing your events. itsmyseat.com is Google AdWords certified, and has extensive experience in several event marketing strategies.
-Physical Ticket Printing: 25 cents per ticket for default template printing or 50 cents for custom printing; plus shipping and handling fee. If this is a fully supported event (box office staff, marketing, etc) the convenience fee portion is applied for physical ticket printing.
-Graphic Design: we have professional graphic design talents on our team, who will be happy to work with you and design your event's poster.
-Box office support services- prices depend on the need and complexity of your event, and number of staff needed.
-Custom page setup - prices depend on the complexity of your setup.
-Front page banner - if you'd like your banner on our front page, contact us for a quote.
-Seating map setup - There is no setup fee for initial setup of a venue seating map. If you have a seating map event, please contact us for details.
-If you are not fully satisfied with our services for any reason, we will fully refund your money. Guaranteed.
